This manual helps develop the faith of men in the church to serve in their God-given positions of authority. It assists them in understanding their roles as men of God in the Body of Christ; as husbands and fathers at home; as employees and employers on the job; and as citizens in the community. This, in turn, will create a strong bond of brotherhood and solidarity in the church.
